Perfect location, easy to get to key areas in the city. Room was great, though if you are facing the street, I would recommend bringing ear plugs as it can get very noisy on the weekend and impossible to sleep. Breakfast was standard. Overall I would stay here again.

Our original premium room had a dangerous deep step in the middle of the room. Awful. We switched to a regular room, which was satisfactory. No elevator. Breakfast was OK. Hotel restaurant is excellent: Osteria il CRU.

CRU was the perfect location for Old Town. Our room was spacious and we loved sitting in our big windows overlooking the street and watching the tourists walk by. The staff was so lovely and the artichokes in the CRU restaurant were to die for.

Super location, just off the main square and rooms and shared spaces are very attractive. Our host was really friendly and welcoming. Lovely breakfasts and we were lent an umbrella for a day when a shower visited Tallin. All 5 stars :)

This hotel is absolutely fabulous. We are a family traveling and this is a perfect spot. Hotel itself has so much character and unique architectural features. The staff were so pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast was delightful and location is perfect to walk Old Town. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. Only catch- be aware there are some stairs and if mobility is an issue, let front desk know so they can assist you.

The hotel is well located and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast was very good. But it is loud at night due to the restaurant in the same building. The shower was really dirty.

Loved this beautiful old building. Partner found the room a bit hot but I was fine once I discovered the secondary glazing panels opened and the temperature dropped a bit. Place seemed safe and secure with the code for access and reception staff were helpful with the requests we made. Wholeheartedly recommend the Osteria Il Cru on the ground floor too.

Great location

Great location in a fascinating city. The hotel is several very old buildings connected with little corridors. Our room was quirky very clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful. We ate in the restaurant one night, interesting food, maybe too many odd things brought together on the same plate.

I needed a desk to work while staying here and there was not one in the room. The staff very kindly let me use a table in their wonderful restaurant before opening time, arguably the nicest space I've ever worked in. Thank you - I world definitely stay here again.
