Beautiful Lake Martin 5 br—Great Central Location
- The perfect lake house to escape to with space for everyone. Double wrap around porches provide the best views of the lake, plenty of outdoor space to relax and incredible summer sunsets and an outdoor fireplace for fall and winter. This home has it all!! 2 family rooms, 5 bedrooms, 3 full bath, 2 half baths, full basement with kitchenette. Brand new dock, boathouse, patio with steps into the lake--great for swimming.
The main floor features a family room with a stone fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room with a table that can seat your entire crowd and a spacious master bedroom with a king bed with Tempurpedic mattress and roomy master bath with jet tub and shower. In addition, a powder bath and laundry room are on the main floor. Upstairs is another bedroom with two queen beds and an en suite bathroom. In the loft area outside this bedroom is a daybed with trundle. The basement is the perfect retreat for the kids or another family with three bedrooms, a kitchenette, and basement den.
