"The place is a little rundown and old you can see that there’s been leaks in the ceilings and they just sprayed the ceiling to patch it. They did cosmetic things to try to make it look better but the carpets in the hallway are still old at least 20 to 30 years old the beds were OK. They were clean and adequate for sleeping if you’re looking for a place to just rest this is a good place but if you’re looking for anything else there it’s not."

"The staff was Great , I purchased breakfast and it was great as well . The bed was really comfortable. My husband loved the balcony out back and easy access to the pool. Parked was safe and locked location to family was a plus "

"I will not be staying at this location again: -poor lighting in rooms -older hotel so areas in bathroom e.g., corners, tiles, grout were dirty and discolored -sink was detached from counter -ants on bathroom counter -no microwave in room -location only offers valet parking. Parked one time and then leveraged street parking for the rest of our stay, but they still tried to overcharge us for valet parking for our entire stay, despite having evidence that we exited out the car the next day and never valeted it again -room felt constantly stuffy -housekeeping was rude. Check-out was 11am. They knocked on our door at 8am. We explained that we would absolutely leave at 11am. They told us no leave in an hour, We had to make a few errands before checking out. When we left to run errands, they still against our request accessed the room and started cleaning around our stuff."

"The property was exactly how it was described. The neighborhood was quiet and the host thought of little things that made the stay pleasant and comfortable. My only feedback is that the bed in 2nd bedroom was a little too soft but we truly appreciated the quiet floors, board games, books to read and the opportunity to purchase drinks in the house. Thank you and we will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip to Tallahassee. "
