We arrived to check-in at 1pm and were informed that they couldn't check us in before 3pm, so to come back. When we did arrive back at 2:45, we were then informed that our reservation had been canceled and that we were allegedly notified. The supposed manager of the property was extremely rude, and when I asked for confirmation of alleged notification of cancelation, she rolled her eyes then when I called her out on that she snapped her fingers at me. Finally she printed out the cancelation notification and it was from Thursday 10am. Barely 24 hours notice. We flew in for a gradation that was to begin in less than 3 hours and we had to scramble and find a new place to stay in order to get ready in time. This alleged manager refused to give me her name and that this situation wasn't her fault. She stated that management canceled all reservations made prior to Jan 2024. They offered no options or resolutions. If other properties even had a vacancy, most did not, they were charging $500 per night! This experience was extremely horrible and upsetting. This property should be removed from your list of partners.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming! Our room was being renovated, so there were a few hiccups— the door knob to the bathroom would fall off if used, the bottom of the bathroom door hadn’t properly been planed so it would hit the floor and “stick.” The guest room floor had been retiled and looked nice, but the surface had been greased with a slippery substance. We had to be careful not to slip and I wore shoes because the greasy surface put me off. The bathroom countertop was very nicely designed for two people to use simultaneously. Nice to have outlets on both sides of the sink. The bathroom amenities were also nice. The bathroom had a dead bug in the corner, so I did not want to shower, and there were not enough towels for 2-3 people. Enough towels for 1 person. The beds were quite comfortable, and we appreciated a 2 bedded room, as per our request. The pillows were stuffed with foam pieces which was odd. The main guest room door did not have a bolt on the interior, which made my husband concerned. It was nice to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The refrigerator, however, smelled strange so we did not want to eat the takeaway leftovers because of that odor. Plenty of parking. The pool area looked nice. Casa Bella needs a little more love, but maybe when the renovation is complete, this “work in progress” might improve. We appreciated the kind staff. The warm welcome went a long way.

There was no shower curtain in the bathroom, there’s spider webs on the inside of the window, the A/C unit is clogged and dirty. They also advertised pictures with food warmers for breakfast but they don’t serve any.

Nothing to like about this hotel. It was filthy, there were roaches, and their key system was faulty. I actually came 11:45 pm back ; key didn’t work . Called and bang on door for about an hour; no response till police came and nothing could be done. Had to get another room during FATHER’s weekend for my daughters !!!. No rooms anywhere but one finally got at 2:00 am!!!. Cost me $475 plus tax!. Manager was suppose to call me and did not and Expedia informed me that they would not warrant a refund or any consideration for that nightmare weekend at that awful place !!!

Never again
I had no hot water to bathe, tried at night then next morning, None! The heat blew cold air even at 83 degrees on heat! Had to use blankets from both beds! TV wouldn’t turn on. Could not open microwave! Was there for only one night, in late & out early next morning… was very tired nurse! Too tired to complain and change rooms after getting in with my luggage so just went to bed after eating a cold dinner! When I told front desk next morning, was told “you should have told us last night” & that’s it!

Mixed Review
When we arrived they told us they had no more rooms available. There was no phone call or email to address the concern until we arrived very late after a day of driving. They were nice enough to give us an option to stay in room without hot water or a room without key entry. We took the latter. The room was kind of dirty and only had one towel for us to share. We were still glad to have a place to stay but nothing was offered in compensation, even after reaching out the next day.

For what we paid, it was completely worth it, the staff were extremely friendly and very sweet. It was a convenient location and the property was maintained. Our individual room was safe, and the towels were very soft and fluffy. I would definitely stay there again, when looking for an affordable Weekend getaway

Room was filthy
Key didn’t work so went back to office and 2nd key didn’t work so I asked for a different room and it was disgusting, visibly filthy floor and dust everywhere. Could see footprints on the tile floor. Also the smoke detector was beeping. Went back to front office and asked for another room this one was filthy too. The smoke detector wasn’t beeping because someone took it off the wall. Even had visible dried dirt, sticks and pine needles on the bathroom countertop and night stand was gross too. At this point an hour had gone by since we checked in and we just excepted another room change would not improve the conditions. I highly recommend never staying here especially if you have kids, it was just my husband and I. I seriously want a refund, I have seen nicer conditions in a campground shower house than the conditions of the rooms we saw. The ice machine and vending machine were not in operation. The elevator entrance was very dark at night. The one positive was they had an elevator since we were on the 3rd floor.

We arrived at 11:00 at night only to be told that there was no room for us. We were sent 20 minutes out of the way to stay at a sister hotel, Seven Hills Suites. The room was clean and the bed slept fine. Upon waking the in the morning the shower only had hot scalding water so we were unable to shower before heading out for work. We were not offered an apology let alone a discount. An apology would have been nice and a discount would have been even nicer.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. The room was not clean. There were shoe prints in the dirt on the bathroom floor. I don’t think the room has ever been mopped. I threw water on the floor and used a towel to just get the top layer of grime off. The AC unit was gross with things in the grates. The walls are super thin. We were limited with choices in hotels as we booked late. Definitely will not stay here again!

There’s nothing I can add to what others have said. There was mold on our ceiling, hair in the bathroom, and someone else’s toothpaste in my sink. Like my husband said “it served its purpose and we didn’t pay double for an adequate hotel!!!!

Not even worth the cheap price. We booked a king but were put in two doubles. The room was disgusting, dirty floor, sink had hair and toothpaste left in it, melted ice cream in the mini fridge. We went back to the front and told them about the condition and somehow they had a king room for us. We took the king but it was dirty too. YWe found chip crumbs beside the bed, dust in every corner, spider webs along baseboards. Worst stay we’ve probably ever had.

Give this Place a Pass
The room was not cleaned when I checked in. There was dirt on the counters and floors. There was a used bar of soap in the shower from the previous guest. The TV remote was sticky (yuck). I put a request on the door for maid service, but no one came. Breakfast was OK, waffles, eggs, bacon, etc. The front desk was friendly and helpful, and the maids gave me extra soap and shampoo on request, just never made it to the room for actual cleaning before or during my stay.

In all my years of traveling to Tallahassee for FSU football I've never had the experience of checking into a hotel where the front desk worker tells me my room won't be available until 3PM. I was able to get a room at 2PM and upon receiving my room keys the door wouldn't open after two attempts to recode the key. I told workers I had to leave for the game and would return to get my keys. The keys were ready and the lock was changed and fixed. I went out for dinner and drinks and returned to the hotel lobby to find no front desk worker. A guest told me he observed her grab her backpack and leave for the evening. I waited for approximately 15 minutes to hopefully get a towels and wash rags with no success. I wake up the next morning and return to the front desk to ask her for towels and rags. She informed me there were no towels and provided me with a damp rag. There were coffee packs in the room with no coffee maker. I've never left a hotel without leaving a generous gratuity for the house cleaning personnel. Today I left no gratuity. I want a refund for the terrible service as well as the poor condition of this hotel.

I wasn’t able to check in when I arrived at the hotel. And had to sleep in my car with my family because I couldn’t get in my room until the next morning. and then my room was still not ready for me so I had to wait until 3 pm to get in my room. No towels to shower. poor communication and service will not be recommending this place to anyone. Also I contacted hotel.com for a refund for not being able to check in on the first day.

Dirty. Stain in the bed sheet. Bad smelling. Stay in this hotel if you like to have a sleepless night.

Price was very reasonable. However the room was not cleaned properly. The trash can hadn't been emptied. Something had been spilled on the cabinet and not wiped up. The floor hadn't been swept or mopped.
