"Beyond poor experience from this hotel. We stay here fairly often with work but will be going elsewhere in the future. colleagues were given key cards to different guests rooms with no apology or urgency to change when they went to reception to change. takes ages to check in general rudeness and no attention to detail paid from staff And to top it off we chose the reserve now and pay later option at the hotel. the lady on reception told me that it'll come off of my account? i'm now getting...

"Our room at the castle was very nice and the spa facilities were excellent. We were disappointed that the guest of a 5 star hotel did not have access to the main restaurant Le Cerf (fully booked) and recommended the other restaurant Waldschanke which was was much, much below the 5star quality. The dining experience ruined our stay there. They should flag Le Cerf restaurant booking when accepting room reservations. "

"This hotel was a functional stopover on our road trip. We did not go into Stuttgart so cannot comment on distance. It was an ok distance for the Porsche and Mercedes museum that was our reason for this location. Dining out was limited although we did find Zoey’s just through the Car park which was excellent. "

"Hotel was very clean and staff helpful and cheerful. Having been dissatisfied with Holiday inn food in UK this was a different class. The food was excellent and best club sandwich I have had. Also travelling from UK they had BBC1 and 2 and ITV 1 and 2 on normal tv channels "

"Very nice hotel situated in a lovely area. Hotel felt safe and clean and there was chromecast in the room which is always appreciated as an English couple in a non-English speaking country. Only gripe would be that the parking felt limited as it is shared with the surrounding golf course and other amenities "

"Great place for the price right next to the Porsche offices. It is on a surprisingly busy street so road noise is considerable with windoe open. Very clean and modern rooms. My largest gripe was that the food selection at breakfast was sub par. I understand it is a budget hotel but I would like some hot options like eggs. Otherwise, great stay!"

"This property was a very cute building! Checking in was easy, and the rooms were clean and spacious. It would be nice if there were more technical features, such as usb ports. However, the room did come with many amenities including a refrigerator. It was definitely well worth the cost of €70 per night."
