The room smells clean as you come in, always a great start. Spotlessly clean. Rooms are ensuite with a little kitchen area, all decorated differently. We had a little table to eat at as well. Chocolates and home made Welsh cakes with milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Self check in with a pin code ...

Absolutely amazing! Right from the start, good communication, I asked quite a few questions and they got answered. Emma, the house keeper went over and above for us. She was great.
