This hotel, Hotel Kazzhol Almaty, is a very well managed hotel. Every detail is just right. I really couldn’t be picky for anything. If I could, I hope to have more tea bags and coffee bags in room, along with sweeteners for travelers with diabetes. The hotel’s location is convenient with supermarkets and pharmacy nearby. It is close to a main street where various stores are .

I stayed at this hotel a couple of times. Breakfast is amazing. The staff is super friendly and trying to meet your needs. The location is pretty central. The room was very clean. I will definitely stay there again.
