Official site for Gir safari permit booking- girlion.gujarat.gov.in the rooms, dining area, and common area are very good.. the property gives the feel of a well maintained farm house.. and staff service is very courteous and prompt.. the breakfast buffet was good and also dinner katiyawadi 3 course meal is very sumptuous..they also provide safaris to Gir..But please confirm if its same route as state government provided safaris. Just a word of caution, in case you already have permits/bookings for Gir safari then please do not provide this information at any resort/hotel reception in Gir area. In no way login into their systems for checking vehicle type etc.Do not provide ur permit number..Since They might push their own private safaris and could cancel your official bookings by trick.hope this helps!

It was a nice experience and the owner went over and beyond to compensate us for the room service. One good thing he mentioned was that if you have daughters with you then you don’t pay for them. Free service is given to all girls.
