"After a dreadful stay last year I was very apprehensive about a return. But return I did and yet again it was terrible. Poor service at reception, hairs in the 'clean' bed, Towel rail hanging off and a room that was baking hot. The best thing about it was the horrendous restaurant has been closed. ..."
