One pillow on each bed which was small, soft and thin making an uncomfortable night - maybe we could have got more from Reception but we were on the 7th floor. For some reason we were placed in an accessibility room, right opposite the lift doors meaning there was noise from those other guest who have no concept of quiet along with the thud as luggage was wheeled out of the lift at 1am ...
