ギリギリ許せるリゾートホテル
小浜島にある、高級リゾートホテルと民宿の中間クラスのホテルです。コロナ中でもあり、サービス内容は今後変わると思いますが、2022年夏は、フロントのサービス時間は限定的、レストランは朝のみで前日までの予約制。売店はなく、フロントで飲み物やスナックが売られていました。付近には店はないので、ホテルで朝食を食べないなら何か買っておく必要があります。徒歩で5分のビーチは遠浅です。今夏にレストハウスがオープンし、食事や飲み物がとれ、シャワーが使えました。少し沖なら立派な枝珊瑚がシューノケルで見えますが、監視員はいないので泳ぎに自信がない人は無理せずに。
ホテルは突っ込み所はあるものの、部屋は広いし、お風呂から海は見えるし、電動自転車は借りられたし、小浜島は宿泊場所は少ないのでまあいいかと思いました。

スタッフの方々が親切であり気持ちよく過ごすことができました。
外観は、外国のリゾート地みたいで可愛いです。一時期使用されてないこともあったらしく建物内部は、古く寂しい部分もありました。しかし、部屋の中は清掃が行き届いており虫を気にせず過ごせて良かったです。

京都弁の優しい方に、戻って来て欲しい
いつも、気持ちよく泊まらせて頂いています。
今回、朝食の事でトラブルになりました。
カフェの人のあり得ない対応に、頭にきましたが、いつも、いるフロントの方が、丁寧に謝罪してくれたので、また7月に泊まろうと思っていました。ところが！その方が、お辞めになったと聞いて、今愕然としています。
これから、ずっと、小浜に来てカナンに泊まるという、ルーティンが頭の中にありました。
それは、あの京都弁の優しい方と、にゃんこと、海があるからでした。
社長の、お父さんは……。

当日予約という直前だったのにも関わらず、快く出迎えていただきました。どこかの口コミに可愛い猫ちゃんたちがいると読み楽しみにしていましたが、本当に人懐っこい可愛い猫が3匹いてとても癒されました。フロントに猫ちゃんたちの去勢手術の募金箱が置いてありますので、猫好きの方は募金してあげると良いと思います。
建物は少し古いですが、部屋の水回りがリフォームされていてピカピカのため、そんなことは問題にならないほど快適に過ごせました。大型リゾホテルでは味わえないプライベート感や静けさを満喫できます。隣接の洋風居酒屋もメニューが豊富で美味しかったです。また小浜島再訪の際にはこのホテルに泊まり猫ちゃんたちに会いたいです。

ガラス張りのお風呂からは海が一望できとても美しい。
また、広めのバルコニーも良い。
古い建物は少し廃墟感があり、室内は匂いが気になるもののリフォームされています。

タイミング悪く
島全体がお休み状態で夕食取るのも難しい状態で飲み屋さん等も全て休業、若しくは貸切だとわかり、チェックインはしたものの、滞在約1時間で宿泊せずに島をでてしまいました。その際送迎に来てくださったスタッフさんが情報提供から親切にご説明いただきました。今度は宿泊したいです。

夕食場所は特に予約せず、しかし臨時休業ばかりで困っていたところ

施設の手入れが殆どなされていない
荒れた雰囲気で、照明も少なく、夜など廃墟かと目を疑った
部屋が広く、景色も良かったが、予算も人手もない、ホテルとしては行き詰まったように思える

ロケーション最高！朝食もおいしかった。
港や夕食の場所（島内の居酒屋さん）への送迎はかなり柔軟に対応してくださって、とてもありがたいです。夕食は相談すると宿泊日ごとに予約して頂けて、時間に合わせて送ってくれます。帰りはお店の方が送ってくれます（他の宿泊施設の方と一緒になることもあります）。
レンタカー予約もしてもらいました。お風呂も素敵でした。
不満はあまりありませんが…枕カバーが生乾きのニオイがした（我慢できる範囲）のと、エアコンをドライにすると変な音がした。
あと石垣島の建物もこちらもそうですが、全体的に古い感じがします。キレイなリゾートをお望みなら有名な大きいホテルが良いと思います。

感謝酒店員工多天的照顧，是小濱島酒店的首選
服務態度極佳，有提供碼頭接送服務。環境更是無懈可擊，當然不能與島上頂級的五星飯店相比，但個人喜歡這酒店的寧靜。早餐也非常好吃
