"The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with very fast internet. The onsen has indoor and outdoor option also with Sauna room--also very clean and all-natural hot springs. The half-board dinner and breakfast were also delicious and well-prepared. This hotel staff also provided us with best-in-class service. Parking lot was very large with ample room for its guests. We had a great time and would return in the fall. Thank you for the incredible experience!!!"

"シャワーの水圧が弱い。 朝食のスタッフが大きな声で私語を他のスタッフと話していたのは気になった。朝食も作り置き感が高く、浪江焼きそばを取ろうとしたら、固まっているのか、トングで持ち上げたら丸ごと全部持ち上がった。 また朝食が終わった後、「ごちそうさまでした」と伝えたらスタッフは挙動不審で「あ？え？ありがとうございました」との言葉。"
