Upon entering the villa, the expansive floor-to-ceiling windows immediately highlight the impressive sea view.

The open-plan living area, which includes the lounge, kitchen, and dining area, serves as the central hub of the home and leads directly to a large terrace. The property comprises two buildings with a roofed terrace in between, ensuring privacy between the guesthouse—which houses a sauna—and the main villa.
In addition, the entire property also has a built in Sonos sound system!

Adjacent to the guesthouse, a glass conservatory offers a tranquil setting for dining and relaxing while enjoying the evening sun which sets directly above the sea.

There is a Minut sensor installed in the living room that measures the noise decibels not to exceed 85dB and ensures there aren`t any loud parties during quiet hours. It`s important to note that it does not record conversations, ensuring your privacy is maintained.
