良くも悪くもない普通のホテルです。 室内は清潔でした。　何故か部屋のコンセントが香港型? イギリス仕様にて、使用できませんでした。後、冷蔵庫が欲しいかな・・

房間整潔，員工服務態度好但，細心解答，只是早餐選擇少，周邊景點很近，可以問酒店借單車遊覽，慳了很多脚骨力。

住宿當天的早上即讓我們寄放行李，下午早到了櫃台立刻檢查房間讓我們提早入住。而且早餐多元非常好吃。住宿離市區主要的逛街景點很近交通方便，週遭好吃的小吃也很多，值得推薦。

地點好，整潔，早餐佳

適合出差出遊的平價商旅
飯店的地點還算便利,附近就有很多有名的美食,走路就可到達,房間的床鋪對我而言有一些軟,但是枕頭不會塌塌的很有彈性,廁所附有免治馬桶令人驚喜,浴室為乾濕分離,使用軟水系統,可惜蓮蓬頭的出水沒有很強,隔日附贈簡單的早餐自助吧,種類不多但口味很不錯

住宿點方便，停車場也很夠用。衛浴設備雖然有免治馬桶，也做了乾濕分離，不過就是淋浴的隔間做的太小..

大致都還不錯，但是2人房的空間真的很小，24寸的行李箱打開放在床尾走道卡的剛剛好。

床頭櫃有毛髮 蚊子 房間異味
缺點：一進門房間內有很明顯的味道，感覺空氣很不好也有點悶； 床頭櫃上有毛髮... 打掃需要更確實一點； 半夜睡覺居然有蚊子！沒有長開門也沒開窗戶，覺得影響睡眠 。優點：早餐很不錯，服務人員客氣，停車方便。但綜觀上述缺點不會有第二次拜訪意願

房間很乾淨，當天入住人數不多，店家還免費幫我們升級，很開心。 早餐不錯吃。唯一可以改進的地方是一樓噴的香水位太重。

貼心的服務人員
端午連假去了一趟台東，中午12點多就到樂知旅店，櫃臺小姐超親切，因為我們的旅遊行程是包車遊台東，所以隔天9點就要出發，原本擔心我們的車子沒地方停，問了旅店人員可以先借我們停隔天下午玩回來再去移車，沒想到櫃臺小姐立馬答應，心中超感激（雖然最後沒停😂）房間也很乾淨，地點超棒。

地理位置好
離台東最熱鬧的正氣街非常的近。但是房間真的有點小，行李箱要打開來整理，都有點困難早上的餐點算普通。

コスパはいい
立地は台東バスターミナルから10分はかからないくらいです。(身軽な場合)少し日本語ができる方がたまにフロントにいらっしゃいます。ただ、ホテルのチェックインなので、簡単な英単語が分かれば問題ないと思います。朝食もメニューも色々あるので、コスパはいいと思います。
