"Quiet and pleasant environment. Room is clean and spacious. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. He drive us to a nearby restaurant to try the famous mushroom dinner, and kindly advised us not to order too many because the portion is very big. This turned out exactly to be the case. We are grateful for all their assistance and will certainly stay there again when we next go to Taichung."

"The accommodation is located just above green grassland. Great if u r spending e whole day here. If not, u need to be sure to check out e public bus schedule. I missed my bus n can't get any cab so e estimated walking distance upslope from swiss garden is 45min. They do provide dinner at a reasonable cost. Breakfast is included due to their location (no eating places nearby) "

"The stay at Fuyam was excellent in every aspect. Beautiful and tranquil environment that looks like a page out of a pictursque storybook. Lovely owners Brian and his parents Mr and Mrs Chung, as well as the helper Ah Lian, who provided warm hospitality and see to your needs. The 3 hr travel up Lala Shan was gruelling but it's worth the journey when you experience Fuyam. We originally booked for one day but got the dates wrong, and the property graciously offered to let us change our stay without any issues with a short phone call. We ended up changing our itinerary and not staying but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us."

"Just had a wonderful stay at Xianal Vacation Chateau (夏內爾渡假民宿). It was just a piece of paradise among the strawberry fields. It's just off the busy Taiwan Route No 3, but the noise level was not a concern due to good sound insulations. It's also a short drive to the town of Dahu for a nice meal. "Our 3-day trip to Lala Mountain for cherry blossom viewing was saved by our peaceful stay at He Fong Villa! The driving trip from Taipei through the winding and narrow roads was taxing, and the traffic control in the congested destination region (due to the cherry blossom season) was tiresom.
