"The breakfast buffet was not free. We paid for them. They were very good. The cook who prepares eggs shouldn't also be in charged of preparing noodles soup. Oftentimes we have to wait for quite a while at either stations. One cook for one station. "

"This is our second visit and our go to when visiting HK. Thoroughly enjoyable stay at The Jervois. The rooms are well appointed, spacious and generally well sound-proofed (for HK) Cannot fault the comfort as we slept very well despite contending with jet lag for a few nights. The location is very close to good restaurants, cafes and within a 3 minute walk to Sheung Wan MTR. Reception staff were very helpful and courteous throughout. Thanks to Angela and the team. We wouldn't hesitate to stay "
