A laundry room is located just off the kitchen for convenience during longer stays.
Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms. The primary bedroom on the main level features a king bed, unobstructed lake views, and a private full bath. Two additional main-level bedrooms include one with a queen bed and one with a king bed, both with access to renovated hallway bathrooms with jetted tubs. The fourth bedroom is a two-level loft and den designed with kids in mind, featuring four twin bunk beds, TVs on each level, and a card and game table. The fifth bedroom is located downstairs with two twin beds and can be accessed via the exterior lake-view deck or through the loft stairwell.
Outdoor & lake access
Guests enjoy direct lake access and use of the pier and personal buoy. Multiple decks span different levels of the home, offering elevated perspectives of the bay and surrounding shoreline. Barbecue use is seasonal and not available during winter months.

Pets are prohibited. The minimum renter age is 25. Quiet hours must be observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. Winter conditions may require chains or snow tires. Construction may take place next door on weekdays and some weekends. Seven-night minimum stays apply during prime summer months. A $2500.00 refundable security deposit paid by check is required on all reservations. Any reservation over $10,000 requires full payment via check only.
