Sunnyside Lodge- Private Path to Lake
This lovely lodge is a perfect getaway. Our 3,500 sq ft home includes a large fully stocked kitchen, multiple fireplaces, hot tub, large deck for grilling, dock and lake access, cabin vibes, and amazing location.
Alpine Meadows, Palisades Tahoe, and Homewood are all a short drive away.
We have recently added a Peloton to the house, so bring your shoes and keep up your streak!
Walk to West Shore Market, Sunnyside Resort, Firesign Cafe.
The house is stocked with everything you could need.
The space You will have room to stretch out and enjoy the beauty of Lake Tahoe in all directions. We have a large property, with trees, lawn, parking for 6+ cars, and the best part of all, beach and lake access just a 2 min walk from the house.
We have recently added a Peloton- so bring your shoes (we don’t have shoes available) - Delta cleats or bring your own pedals.
The house has lots of space, with many areas to sit and read, take in the morning sun, watch movies or play games, or cook full meals. The large fireplace in the living room is a centerpiece of the house and perfect for evenings by the fire.
Our house is fenced in so you do not need to worry about kids playing in the yard or in the woods next to the house.
You can see the lake from the hot tub and we highly recommend sunset cocktails on the dock.
Access to the lakefront beach and dock is a 2 minute walk down a footpath from the garden. Guest access The house is entirely yours, with full access.
Outside there is dock access, lawn space, and surrounding forest. There is parking that can fit six cars comfortably and more if needed.
The house is set away from other properties and feels very removed from traffic and commotion of Tahoe. There are long-term renters on the property in a separate house not near the main house, but you won't interact with them unless you need something or there are issues. We have a caretaker who is on hand to deal with urgent issues.
Other things to note It’s a perfect neighborhood with everything you could need- food, restaurants, cafes, hiking, snowshoeing, lake access, etc.
The lake is a 2 minute walk down a footpath.
You are able to rent the buoy for an additional fee, with prior approval before booking.
No large parties allowed, unless previously agreed upon before booking.
