With three spacious bedrooms and two pristine bathrooms, there is plenty of room for the whole family to unwind. Unique to this unit, you’ll enjoy the modern convenience of a private, on-site EV charger—a rare find in the area!

Rocky Ridge is a gated 60-acre community in Tahoe City bordering State Forest land, offering immediate access to hiking and mountain biking trails. Residents and guests enjoy premium amenities, including two seasonal swimming pools and spas, tennis and basketball courts, a playground, Bocce Ball, and a private beach with a pier, clubhouse, and volleyball court.

Our open-concept, two-story rentals feature vaulted mountain-style ceilings, rock fireplaces, and fully equipped kitchens. Each unit includes high-speed Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer/dryer, and all linens. Please note that homes are equipped with central heat and fans, while A/C is rare in Tahoe, we’ve provided fans to keep that fresh mountain air circulating!

Perfect location

The property is on a private drive, gated, with a beautiful drive with a view up the hill. The condominiums are the only development on the hill and the grounds are very well maintained. View of the lake and trees is gorgeous!

Super clean Condo & Unbeatable View!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Eagle's Nest! We had stayed at similar condo properties, but this was our first time at Rocky Ridge. It exceeded our expectations! Beautiful views, raised high above the lake. The pool was super nice as well. Very quit and removed from the hustle and bustle - which is exactly what we wanted.

You can see Heavenly in the distance across the lake and the northern parts of lake, plus lots of trees. If you like views, I'd recommend this property. Property description is accurate. It's an older property, but was clean and well-maintained.Went during the winter. 1 of the 2 hot tub/pool areas were open. We had to walk up the street few minutes to visit. Didn't have time to checkout the private beach access.Kitchen was stocked and had all supplies we needed. Lighting was dim and the orange/amber color which I preferred. This worked well for me since I don't like the bright white lights. No garage parking, but plenty of outdoor parking right in front of the property. Master bedroom bath is on the same level as kitchen and entrance. Bathroom shower is dated, but functioned fine. 2 additional bedrooms downstairs were much warmer than rest of house.Property manager was helpful when I called to book. No issues. You can text with them during your stay. Some responses were delayed towards the end, but nothing urgent needed.Read all property warnings about bears. You'll need to keep all food locked up inside in the fridge. Keep food items minimal in pantry and in the open to deter bears. We stayed 3 nights and had no issues with bears.

Tucked away under the trees surrounded by lush gardens and full amenities you will never want to leave the grounds. This property perched high up on a hill above the lake gives you 180 degree views of the water and the surrounding areas below. Condo is appointed with everything you need and is very clean and immediately feels like home. Hiking paths can be accessed from several locations, as can pools, spas and a private beach. You can walk to town and travel to other Tahoe locations is easily managed. Being a gated community means minimal traffic and roads become walking paths. We have stayed all over the area for the last 40 years but have decided this is a gem property!

We have owned a home in the near vicinity and have vacationed in the same area for 40 years, but Rocky Ridge was a new over the top experience. The layout, the gardens, the amenities and the location are exquisite. Our rental was immaculate and well appointed. The Townhouse provided us with more than we could ever need. Having our own pool, spa, beach and hiking trails allowed us to get out and really enjoy the area without dealing with the crowds. We will never stay anywhere again! Finally, the booking process was a breeze and the property management staff are impeccable and professional, and clearly love what they do and love their community and their guests! Thank You!

Gorgeous view from deck. Condo was really nice, loved all the wood. Could walk to Tahoe City. Probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had at any VRBO or hotel. Nice amenities with pickle ball and basketball courts. Highly recommend.
