"We loved our stay, guy who works front at night, friendly and amazingly nice, gave everyone his full attention and assistance. Used the firepits both nights, made smores, met some great people, even had a bear get into our trunk, even though we took all food out as asked! (no damage done) It was really nice having the bar for beer and wine as we didn't have to leave for drinks. The hotel is walkable to many restaurants and the lake is right across the road. Our room was nice and large with great amenities, frig, coffee, tea, ice chest and large tv. My only complaint is I'd like to see the old carpet exchanged for hard wood floors as the carpet was pretty stained up."

"Great property, the area is Quiet, close to Tahoe City, and the beach access was the best part. Parking is easy. Our host was very accommodating. We ran into a small issue 5 days into our 7 night stay when the HOA decided it was time to paint the building and the owner was not aware. We did end our vacation early, but Greg was great and provided a monetary refund for our inconvenience. Would definitely stay here again."

"Rarely do I write a review for anything, but this one is worth it!We've all stayed at the house rental labeled as "Luxe", but this one really delivers. This home is basically brand new, packed with all of the amenities of a true luxury home. Smart home features, built in speakers, automated blinds, luxury bedding and linens, and a beautiful new hot tub.What really sets this home apart is the amazing location. Set far off the highway down a long private road, you really feel like you are escaping. A forest of pine trees greets you as you arrive, and the massive windows on all sides of the house really make it feel like you are sitting in nature. A semi-private beach awaits just a few steps down the backyard, and waterfront views are seen throughout the house. Tahoe City is an easy 5 min drive into town.The floor plan is fantastic for families, with three bedrooms spaced far apart, and the kids bunk room (6 beds) is far down the hallway by the garage. Also the separate media / entertainment room was packed with toys and kids couches which kept our two kids happy.I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!"

"What a beautiful stay in an amazing location! We absolutely loved our time here. The home was comfortable and spacious enough for two families to travel together, and the kids especially loved the bunk room!The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, while still being incredibly convenient to Tahoe City and Lake Tahoe. The location made it so easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.Our host was wonderful—very responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!We will absolutely be back and would happily book this place again. Highly recommend! "
