"The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and we enjoyed the room, especially the ceiling fan. The hotel is in a very busy market street with fantastic street food. Unfortunately the market continues well into the small hours of the night and there was a nightclub next door that didn’t close until 2am. It was very hard to get to sleep through the loud music. If you struggle with sleep this might not be the best hotel for you. "

"The hotel location is not correct in Expedia. I booked it because it showed the location fairly place, BBD downtown Kolkata. It turns out the hotel is in another town, 1h outside Kolkata. It is a deceitful advertisement on Expedia page. The hotel is located off a busy road with little to no amenities around. The owner (or manager) first offered me to stay as a guest and the day after was adamant on not refunding my booking. Terrible experience if you are a foreigner. "
