"I have no Idea how this hotel got 3 star ratings, room is moulded, damped, bed and blanket is got spot and durty blanket and street level breakfast. no tissu even in toilet. I have to asked for tissue but they said they are not providing any tissue. even no water with the breakfast. in my 2 night stay never seen they cleaning any parts of the hotel. top of everything their information on description is not matched in reality."

"The hotel location is not correct in Expedia. I booked it because it showed the location fairly place, BBD downtown Kolkata. It turns out the hotel is in another town, 1h outside Kolkata. It is a deceitful advertisement on Expedia page. The hotel is located off a busy road with little to no amenities around. The owner (or manager) first offered me to stay as a guest and the day after was adamant on not refunding my booking. Terrible experience if you are a foreigner. "
