Fourth floor with elevator, free of noise 15 meters from the beach get out and you are in the sea

Accommodation composed with 2 bedrooms one double, the other with space for 4 beds, a large living room kitchen with sofa convertible into bed 1 1/2 square all hypoallergenic memory foam mattresses,bathroom without bath with only shower and a closet to store shoes suitcases etc.

Air conditioning placed in prime location in the center of the house. Equipped with central heating, washing machine and dishwasher. Free parking under the house excluding the summer period.

Magnificent sand-only beach with very long beaches up to 30 rows of umbrellas UNIQUE IN LIGURIA, in the water for 300mtr without stones and without holes goes down to 2 mt depth from the rocks! Behind the rocks in winter you will see dolphins jumping comfortably from home!!!!
