We only provide 4 Towels. Please bring extra towels if you need more.

You can have your pet with you if you want, but please be sure to keep our environment clean. Thank You🙏😊

📍BRING YOUR OWN DRINKING WATER📍

📍This is a condo unit and close to each other unit, as much as possible kindy tone down any sounds or voices to avoid disturbing to others.

📍We always take an inventory of the whole unit before tenant occupies it. If any of the properties/things get lost or damage as host we have the right to report the tenant and request security deposit through AirBnB.

📍PLEASE TURN OFF ALL THE APPLIANCES , UNPLUG FROM THE OUTLETS and LOCK THE DOORS/WINDOWS WHEN LEAVING THE UNIT.

DAMAGE: We understand that accidents happen, but we do ask that PLEASE LET US KNOW when they do.

CLEANLINESS: We do a thorough clean Between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving you can clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used. kindly put any dirty/used towels in the balcony. it helps us get through our cleaning quicker.

WASHING DISHES: All residues foods or smal particles kindly put it in plastic bag and throw it into the trash NOT IN THE SINK TO AVOID CLOGGING.

KITCHEN: When you stat cooking please roll up the blinds and open the window at the kitchen area also please turn on the range hood so that the smell of the foods ypu are cooking will not stay inside the unit. ALWAYS CLOSE THE 2 BEDROOMS DOOR while you are cooking.

📍STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE UNIT, There is a balcony where you can smoke but be sure to close the sliding door and window of 2 rooms, so that the smoke will not come inside and absorb the curtains and air conditioned.

Check in : (3PM) If im around On the day of your check in i will be meeting you in the lobby or guardhouse to personally hand over the keys. Kindly coordinate with us with your check-in time early on.

Check out: (12NN the next day) Just Leave the key on the keybox and ramble the numbers when your leaving. This will give us ample time to clean the unit for the next guest.

Early check in or late late check out is subject to availability.
