We had a lovely stay. It was cute and clean. The beds were extremely confortable. I liked that the owners seemed like minimalist, and yet they had everything we needed. When we needed extra towels, the owners responded right away. Also, our two girls loved the hot tub. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect for our busy weekend!

Thank you so much for letting us use your home. It was very clean and very nice taste in decor! It was soooo much better then staying in a hotel. Especially with kids and worrying about bothering other patrons. Loved having a nice big kitchen to work in when we felt like it. Hopefully it will work out to stay again next year.

Wonderful home!

We enjoyed being visitors in this lovely home. My married daughter and her husband joined us and they enjoyed the hot tub. We have another family wedding next summer in Puyallup and will be renting this home again! The only suggestion would be different patio chairs. Those are difficult for someone with knee, back, and or neck issues.

2nd visit

We stay in Puyallup twice a year and love when we can find a place to come to regularly. We love the layout of this house and the kitchen, which we cook most of our meals in. We love the A/C during the hot summer months too which is hard to find in the area! The kids love the hot tub and big yard to run around in. Daniel is a very responsive host and anytime we’ve had issues, he gets back to us quickly and things are resolved no problem. Definitely recommend this house - great location too!

We booked this property for our wedding at nearby Laurel Creek Manor. It was the perfect location—close to several stores for last-minute food, makeup, and various wedding day needs. My bridesmaids and I had a great time resting up before the big day. The big windows and spacious living room and kitchen were the perfect place to get our hair and makeup done, and the laundry room with hooks made steaming our dresses a cinch! The owners were very prompt in responding to our questions even on a Sunday morning. Thank you for an incredible stay!

Cute boho puyallup home with great floorplan

Daniel was very accommodating and responsive. The check in and out was seamless and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was a great floorplan for families with a bedroom and tv din on a separate side from the other bedrooms. Unfortunately there was an ant problem in the bathroom and kitchen. There were ant traps out so it is obviously a known issue. The hot tub was also in no condition for use, which is a bummer since we were looking forward to soaking. Overall it was a great stay.

close to great accommodations

house was mostly accommodating for our group of 7. we had ample room to gather and was so much nicer than staying in a hotel. however, had to change the sheets in one of the bedrooms when we arrived. small details like having a full length mirror in the bedrooms, and some tables/chairs would have been nice for the big backyard (the grass was brown, not like the pictures) many updates have been made but not quite finished. it would have be nice to have had a TV (and cable) in the main room and master. it may not be a big deal for some ,but this is why we could not rate it a 5

Perfect location between Seattle and Mt. Rainier

Great location in Puyallup since we were splitting our time in Seattle and Mt. Rainier and there’s everything you need in Puyallup. I feel like the photos and listing description were a little misleading. There is no grill which was disappointing and not communicated when booking and the photos make the rooms look larger than they actually are. Seating is a little limited and only 1 tv which does not have a remote control. And streaming box is Apple TV which is fine but many don’t use Apple. Instructions would have been nice. Or spend $40 and buy a new remote for the tv. Kitchen was decently stocked but felt like it needed a mixing bowl or 2 and some other odds and ends. Overall, nice property. Quiet neighborhood.

Quick response to unforeseeable issues

First off, the home is beautifully furnished! The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable!!! All extras are very well stocked: kitchen items, extra towels and blankets, etc. Check-in was super easy and the host had a very thorough pamphlet walking through amenities, their favorite places to eat, things to do, and what the checkout process needs to look like. Everything was super straight forward, other than figuring out the lights in the kitchen (a remote) and master overhead light and AC unit (still a mystery). I didn’t even think to ask about these issues because the first morning of our stay the toilet started gurgling and greywater backfilled into the tub and shower. The host immediately got someone out there to discover a tree root had filled the mainline, so the very next day the area was dug up with an excavator and the problem resolved. The host was very easy to work with and communication was good even though he was traveling. The cleaning person mopped the floors but was instructed by the property manager not to clean the tub/toilets/shower so we did that ourselves. Not the host’s fault and therefore doesn’t affect the star rating, just one of the downsides to the ordeal. Overall though, the situation was handled expediently and professionally. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone traveling with a group!
