Staff were amazing. Its the building and property condition thats really bad. Building is old and looks like straight out of a horror movie. The passage through the rooms are creepy.
Staff was very friendly.
Upon arrival the room wasn't stocked with towels for bathing and no bath tissue. Overall for the price it was a decent value and close to airport.
Thank you for accomodation of my sister Vivian and her daughter. All in all excellent and they're happy.

still expensive for what we , but cheapest on site
the condition of the hotel was poor, but 1 girl working their was really good and helped us with advice and arranged a scooter for us. They don't speak English well there, I was lucky my partner is philipino!
I paid additional P500 in order to get a room with toilet..so expensive with poor amenities. I paid P1,100 for the first room only to find out has no toilet..no recommendable to others.
There is a cafe at the hotel, but no department store nearby. For the price of the room, it is disappointing that there was no complimentary soap and toothpaste. Short-time motel would even better than them.

Great value for money, basic hotel that meet our need to stay overnight close to the airport. But not a hotel to use if you're expecting a high star rating luxury hotel.

Disliked: Amenities
Poor service and expensive upgrade. Private bathroom is not included in my chosen room and needed to add additional 1000 pesos for a room upgrade. I spent almost 12,000 pesos for my initial booking including the 8 thousand pesos roundtrip ticket. Meaning, the left over from 12,000 pesos is more or less 4,000 pesos. Then I added 1000 pesos. VERY EXPENSIVE FOR THAT KIND OF STAY. I SHOULVE CHOSEN ZEN ROOM OR RED DOORS INSTEAD.
I like the property, clean, but no hot water, sometime nobody's around when you need them, noisy outside you can heard it ,i only stayed for3 days instead of 5 days
I am so much surprised that Expedia really use that kind of hotel. That was the first and last time I used Expedia to find a Hotel room.
Sorry but I can't expect and want to get money back.
I make some videos and pictures of the room.
For all other guests, please never go there, even not for one hour.
Cielo Vista Bed and Breakfast
Its only one of two places that are close to the airport. This one is half the price as the other. wifi works ok, It just simple and easy to get to, not being in the heavy tragic area of down town tacloban. I would highly recommend it IF you are transferring at the airport or just wanting to avoid down town or traffic....

Can’t complain for the $50 USD cost. Had to ask for towels in the but the staff was great. Room took a long time to cool down but again it was $50.
