This standalone house is part of a private "quinta" and has been designed for total relaxation. The property includes:



A bright and spacious living and dining area with traditional wood finishes and a fireplace at its centre.

Three inviting bedrooms with large windows overlooking nature, two doubles and one twin room, all fully air-conditioned.



A modern kitchen equipped with everything you need for home-cooked meals.



Private outdoor space with a panoramic terrace, a pool with sun loungers, and direct access to the surrounding forested landscape.



It accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably and is ideal for longer stays, digital detoxes, or soulful weekends away.

Nestled along the Mondego River, in the heart of the Aguieira Dam reservoir, the property is surrounded by nature and just a short drive from the village centre. Expect birdsong instead of traffic, green hills instead of crowds, and a sky full of stars at night. The area is popular not only for water sports — thanks to its location on the Aguieira Dam reservoir — but also for those seeking a slow living lifestyle. It's also well known for its fantastic hiking and biking trails, such as the famous 'Trilho dos Gaios', perfect for both mountain biking and walking.
