"I don’t have one good thing to say about this hotel. Worst one I’ve ever stayed in. Staff was rude, washroom was dirty, smelled bad and toilet didn’t flush properly. Beds were hard as a rock. "This hotel is very well maintained. It is extremely convenient for early morning flights out of Piarco airport and its shuttle service is also excellent. This is my fourth stay there, the last being in 2024. I was pleasantly surprised to see additional food options next door."
