"The staff was amazing and very accommodating. The resort is geared more for couples and adults than families with young children, but the staff took the time to make sure my youngest felt welcomed. This resort is focused on longevity and wellness which is reflected in the menu at the restaurant. The services they provide are top notch, but you will pay for that high quality. Overall our long weekend away from the busses of the city was amazing and we all look forward to returning again."

Door knobs are defective, aircon units are outmodeled (you can hear it working at nighttime) and the other acu in 1 room leaks. Bulb in 1 CR was busted. As for toiletries, shampoos and...

Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay

8/10 Good

"Great for family with small kids! So many things to do in the property so you can relax without leaving the hotel. Food was fairly priced as well"

Hotel Casiana and Events Center Tagaytay

8/10 Good

"A very nice hotel, we booked 2 separate rooms that were spacious and fairly clean. The only comment I’ll make is that the bathroom in both hotel rooms had molds on the glass door and floor, as well as 1 bathroom had less than half a roll of toilet paper left. Otherwise it was a good stay"
