"Excellent hotel, amazing view, but....a lot depends on the weather! Great hotel - huge room, when the fog clears you can see that the view from the room is simply lovely! Very good breakfast, the hotel's SPA services are comfortable and very good, the hotel's location is good - a short walk to the center. Highly recommended!"

We found ourselves enjoying the meals at Eco Palms House as one of the best restaurants in Sapa. Definitely a must stay."

"wonderful stay at this hotel. Spacious valley view room, breakfast was average - nothing special for a 5 star hotel, have had better at a 4 star. The female staff at reception could have been friendlier and not so arrogant - need to train front desk/reception - have had better customer service at a 3 star hotel."

"Nice views and that’s about it. Poor breakfast buffet and staff could not manage demand well. Cleanliness was poor, refillable glass bottles for drinking water were not washed and microbial growth could be see below lids. Shower curtains has mildew and mold on them. Washroom exhaust fan was disgusting and not cleaned. Tub drain leaked all over floor. So much potential but poor management and lack of staff training evident. "

"First off the view from the place and our room was AMAZING — best views across Sapa for sure!!! The compound was big and there was lots to explore / multiple viewpoints. They also grow their own veggies on site. The room was clean and host was fantastic!!! He made sure we had everything we needed at all times!! And the attached restaurant serves everything fresh — they usually require pre-order for breakfast so that they can prepare and buy the freshest ingredients. They also have SUPER CUTE dog and cats. I loved our time there so much it was the favourite part of our Sapa trip!!!"
