Hi this is Van Nguyen. I just checked in with my family, and there are bugs and dirt everywhere in the bedrooms, living room, and bathrooms. There are even stains on the pillows and on one of the beds. It also has a strange smell, and everything is not what was marketed. I do not wish for my family and I to stay here, because I feel like it isn't clean and unsafe

This really was an unbelievably good stay. The resort is amazing and the staff could not be more helpful. The breakfast options are epic We stayed at a beach villa which was beautiful. In fact, we practically lived in it for the time that we were there The only downside is that it is isolated so you are only able to visit this resort and its sister resort. There are no restaurants nearby or shops
