Agree that it's a little dated but the room was clean and large. Balcony was fine but wouldn't bother next time as the roof top swimming pool area was great. Wonderful views, drinks available and nice and cool up there. Breakfast was a mix of food (western and Vietnamese) but plentiful and fine. Location was good - 6 minute walk from Burning Monk Statue (Thich Quang Duc) and then on to Independence palace etc. Great beer bar round the corner - try the hard lemonade 😉

Lovely homestay
"We enjoyed our stay with Mr. Co and family. They are so kind and we really loved our morning boat birding trip. The location is good, just a short walk to the park entrance, and the location is quiet and surrounded by fruit trees. Nice budget accommodation for a trip to Cat Tien."
