TPC of Tampa Bay Tours and Activities

Overall the water park aspect of the resort was really nice. The entire reason for my trip was my Son’s end of the Summer retreat and with him loving to swim, he absolutely loved the water parks. As far as the condo/apartment goes, I was NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL. I’ve stayed in some very high end and mid-level resorts over the years and they always are stocked with the basics needed for a stay. 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper (the one already on the dispenser), the bare minimum number of towels and washcloths possibly needed, our kitchen was missing several pots and pans, we had no additional dish liquid or dishwasher pods. Luckily, I travel with my own towels and washcloth no matter where I stay, but my family and I had to go out and purchase the missing items for our 4 day stay so that we wouldn’t run out. Also, so that we’d be able to utilize the kitchen and cook (missing a frying pan and sauce Pan). Called custom service several times during the stay requesting these items, we received some, but not all of our requests were fulfilled. Lastly, doe than this be a “new water resort” the decor in some of the rooms was EXTREMELY dated, noticeable used, and decor was to a bare minimum. The bedrooms looked like a budget hotel. The living room and kitchen where up to date. My bathroom was not the cleanest, found blonde stringy hair in the bath tub and on the floor and trust me it WAS NOT MINES. I wouldn’t stay here again.
