"I did not realise the hotel did not have a 24/7 reception until the day of travel when I was sent a code for check-in. Once I got to the hotel the code was needed to enter the lobby, except the code I'd been sent did not work. So I was stuck outside for about 15 minutes at 1am, while I tried to get someone to answer the phone (and when I finally did the man was very grumpy).
