Nie ma się do czego przyczepić, na siłę oczywiście. Hotel porządny, nie ma oszczędności i "kiczu" na siłę. Śniadania świetnie, obsługa na wielki plis.

Solidna pozycja w Szklarskiej

Sasanka zaskoczyła nas pozytywnie, fajnie urządzone wnętrze, nienaganna obsługa, czystość bez zarzutu. Na minus zasługuje śniadanie bo w sumie wszystkiego brakowało od szklanek po parówki czy wędliny co prawda po jakimś czasie zostało to uzupełnione ale niesmak pozostał bo wchodzisz a tam pusto.

Słaba komunikacja między pracownikami hotelu.Jeden pracownik po uzgodnieniu zgadza się na pozostanie w dniu wyjazdu do godziny 18 bez dopłaty natomiast w dniu wyjazdu inny pracownik mówi iż trzeba będzie dopłacić.Wiec wyjechaliśmy zgodnie z regulaminem.W czasie wyjazdu nagle okazało się iż pracownik uzgodnił z menadżerem ,że możemy zostać jak już pakowaliśmy się do samochodu.Pokój po przyjeździe bardzo zimny długo się nagrzewał do następnego dnia. To wszystko w temacie.

Super, minus łóżko małżeńskie - zbyt niskie, materac bardzo miękki do tego stopnia że się zapadał. Zapytałem o to na recepcji odpowiedziano mi że taki jest standard. Reszta super, jedzenie spa obsługa

Gute Alternative Lösung für Harrarov Skifans ! Nur 13km entfernt ! Haben uns nur Abends / Nachts im Hotel aufgehalten und konnten diese Zeit auch optimal nutzen. .

Bardzo przyjemy, nieduży hotel z bardzo smacznym bufetem śniadaniowym. Obsługa bardzo miła, pomocna. Jedyny minus to super małe pokoje z klaustrofobiczną mini łazienką - mieliśmy pokój na ostatnim piętrze ze skosem. Ogólnie polecam :-)

Schönes Hotel. Die tägliche Zimmerreinigung beinhaltet leider nur Staubsaugen und Handtuchtausch. Es gibt nur ein deutsches Fernsehprogramm, RTL. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gut.

Nice family place!

We had a great time! What a nice, clean place. Customer service was very good and very accommodating. Nice pool! A bit of a walk to the town but it's Mountains so who cares:) Fantastic breakfast!
