This is my fourth visit to Budapest. The hotel is in a great location. The staff, namely Sophie and Gabor were professional, attentive, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful. Everything was exceptional and we were well looked after. The Spa as expected was busy and unfortunately some customers who use the facilities are rude or don't have any etiquette and just reserve beds with towels and not use them.
