The hotel is in a very central location near parliament. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Take advantage of the spa area. Worth it after a day of touring and walking around.

We were happy with the location and the facilities. Our greatest concern was reception as the individual who was responsible was not at all concerned or helpful. In fact she was often not available and did not answer phone calls. We were in need of laundry facilities and she informed us that this was available in the grand section but failed to tell us that this was in the one-bedroom units. It would seem that individuals who did not access to e-mail would have a major challenge at check-in, and we saw individuals waiting while no one was at reception. It seems reception may be needed so heads up to individuals wanting to rent here.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,003 reviews)
The hotel is located in a great spot in Budapest. There were plenty of places to eat around the hotel. Both restaurants in the hotel, Solid and Salt are exceptional for the food, service and scenery. The hotel is also quiet and very comfortable for sleeping. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in Budapest.

"We stayed here for 3 nights to escape the heat of Budapest, the resort is beautiful and well looked after. There is very little we could fault, the only exceptions was a rude man working at the spa who made us feel like we were interrupting his peace, and the automatic 15% service charge added whenever ..."
