- Our property is located in one of Syracuse’s most beautiful and famous beach resorts: Fontane Banche, known for its beach of fine white sand—more than a kilometre long—and a sea that strongly resembles the Caribbean. The villa is strategically located; in fact, it is just a few kilometres from Syracuse and its splendid historic centre, Ortigia—with its Greek and Roman landmarks—and from Noto, the capital of Baroque architecture. Beach access is just a short walk away, and there is ample covered parking.
