Identification Check-in Policy: In compliance with Italian law, guests are required to provide valid identification documents (passports or ID cards). This is a mandatory requirement to receive detailed check-in instructions and access credentials. Without prior submission of documents via Airbnb messaging, access to the apartment will not be granted. Tourist Tax: The City of Syracuse tourist tax is NOT included in the booking price and must be paid EXCLUSIVELY in cash. The tax is 4% of the total gross booking amount. Parking: The property does not have private parking; however, free public parking is available on the street (white lines). A paid car park is located directly in front of the building. A large paid parking facility, “Parking Molo S. Antonio,” is approximately 400 500 metres away. Access: The accommodation uses an electronic key card for door access and electricity. To open the door, hold the card near the reader and wait a few seconds for the door to unlock automatically.
