"Theatre Wi-fi House "is on the first floor of one of the oldest and most prestigious buildings of the island, on the via Roma,
just in front of the beautiful Town Theatre - in the heart of the island of Ortigia, listed as a world heritage site by UNESCO in 2005.
Many of the island’s attraction are just a stone’s throw away from the house: A short walk (50 mts.) through one of Ortigia’s typical alley will take you to Duomo’s square, with its unique Cathedral built on the ruins of a Greek temple (V century b.C.); less than 300mts. away, you will find one of Syracuse’s landmark: the “Fountain of Arethusa”, a fresh water spring - populated by ducks and papyrus plants – which origin is rooted in Greek mythology.
The Bellomo Museum, the typical and picturesque fish market of Via Trento and the “Castello Maniace”, a fortress situated on the extreme tip of the island, are just a stroll away.

Perfect stay
A family with 3 children, we really enjoyed the stay in the well decorated and equipped flat. The process was super fluid with the owners and - the most important - the place is located in the heart of the old city. I recommended it absolutely

Appartamento magnifico
L'appartamento di Antonio che ho preso per 3 giorni a Siracusa, è veramente stupendo, posizione fantastica in centro ad Ortgia, in 2 minuti si a Piazza Duomo, vicino a ristorantini, negozi per prendere il cibo e a due passi dal mare ! inoltre ha anche un garage vicino per la macchina. Ma dentro l'appartamento è arredato in modo molto funzionale e moderno, con tutti confort tutti gli elettrodomestici possibili, pulito, loro gentilissimi, ci hanno fatto trovare pure i dolci siciliani quando siamo arrivati. Lo consiglio a chiunque voglia vivere Ortigia, in una casa grande pulita e confortevole. Io ci tornerò senza dubbio. Grazie Colette

Assolutamente consigliato!!
Ho soggiornato con 3 miei amici all'interno della theatre wi-fi house per 5 giorni e devo dire che mai prenotazione è stata più azzeccata! Casa assolutamente conforme all'annuncio, arredata di tutto punto e posta in una zona molto tranquilla e a pochi passi da piazza duomo.Il proprietario Antonio è stato, sin dal momento della prenotazione, gentilissimo e disponibile a chiarire qualsiasi nostra curiosità o dubbio. Assolutamente perfetto ci ritorneremo!...

Magnifique !! Situé dans ...
Magnifique !! Situé dans la plus belle rue d'Ortigia, à la fois proche del Duomo et de la mer, proche de tout et sans le nuisances sonores, cet appartement est très fonctionnel avec tout le confort. La décoration est faite avec beaucoup de goût.
Le propriétaire est très à l'écoute et attentionné à ses locataires. Il est doté de très bons conseils (restaurants, sorties ...)
Nous en gardons un très bon souvenir, adresse à recommander.

Well equipped clean apart...
Well equipped clean apartment in an historic and quite location. Owner very accessible and helpful. Suggest adding blinds for privacy on front windows. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

"Appartement extrêmement bien placé, à deux pas de la cathédrale et du front de mer. Propre et bien équipé. (Mention spéciale pour la douche !). Aucun bruit de voisinage. Beaucoup de restaurants, cafés, etc. dans le quartier. Propriétaire très serviable et très disponible."

"L''appartamento è bellissimo ed è situato in un''ottima posizione nel centro di Ortigia. Ci è stato consegnato pulito e con tanto di cesto di frutta fresca e dolcetti siciliani.
Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile, siamo rimasti davvero molto soddisfatti."
