Thank you. I was able to walk from Upstate Golisano Childrens Hospital in 5 mins. Easy safe walk. I was able to showers after mt sons surgery to make myself feel a little better. It wad everything I needed even though I didnt even spend the night.

We were next to a room of student partiers, and the hotel does not have a "noise fee" in place to prevent them from screaming until 4am. We were traveling with our 3 year old. We will never stay at this hotel again, regardless of how convenient it was to the conference. Too many undergrads and no policies to protect travelers.

Upon arrival to room, there was dirty towels & Sheets piled high right next to our door. The room smelled like there was a pet in at one time, even though they said 7th floor was not a pet friendly floor, my wife's allergies started immediately upon entering room. Bar staff had zero people skills, and without our group would of had 4 people spending money instead of 80. Very nasty & unpleasant. Security person was the most friendly person on staff at hotel as well as valet guys. Also, in order to change rooms due to smell & allergy to pets, they had to down grade my room

I am a Syracuse alum. When visiting campus it is very convenient to stay at the Sheraton since its in a prime location. I am disappointed to hear it is closing in May to become a dorm. I hope the University does right by the hotel staff who are amazing. I will miss the Sheraton.

A somewhat dated property but it was extremely close to the university so we paid no attention. It sounds like the hotel will be shutting down in the spring and is being converted to dorms. Parking was simple and easy to get to.

The Sheraton Convention Center Syracuse is in desperate need of a refresh of the facility. It is old, but worse of all, it is not kept clean. Carpets in the hall are stained, and there is trash left in the room behind the build in units. The location is great and the staff is attentive and helpful. But nothing can disguise the wear and tear on the physical plant, or the lack of cleaning.

Check in was unfriendly Front staff was complaining about a coworker. No information regarding amenities or check out. Heating/a/c was a nightmare Controlled from engineering either freezing or nothing. Had to pay extra for daily parking with no shuttle even though was offered on site. Not overall impressed for the price.
