The Space:

The apartment was designed to comfortably accommodate families of four people or couples and consists of: entrance to kitchen, living room, large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, another bedroom with twin beds and bathroom. All rooms are air conditioned.



Guest Access:

The apartment is located on the first floor and can be reached via internal stairs.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that this property is managed by Dimore in Sicily, which requires the signing of a rental agreement pursuant to Articles 1571 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code. This includes registration of the documents required for issuing the invoice. These documents are used exclusively to fulfill tax and public safety obligations, as required by Italian law. A 4.0% tourist tax per person, per night, is payable upon check-in, for a minimum of 1 night and a maximum of 7 nights. A security deposit is also required to cover any damage to the apartment.
