Just a short walk from Ortigia, this cozy apartment is located on the second floor of a traditional building with no elevator, in an ideal spot to explore Syracuse on foot. Simply cross the bridge to immerse yourself in the beauty of the island.



The space has a clean, relaxing style, with white walls and soft blue accents. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator and small oven.

The sleeping area features a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, TV and small table. The room is bright thanks to a glass entrance door, a window, and a balcony with views over the Darsena and a glimpse of the Ortea Palace.

The bathroom is spacious and has a window, shower and washing machine.



On the same floor, guests have access to a shared terrace with those staying upstairs. It is furnished with sofas, tables, and chairs — the perfect spot to relax while enjoying views over the rooftops of Syracuse and the Porto Piccolo.

Starting from the ancient Greek city and heading south, the best-equipped and most beautiful beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella, and Fontane Bianche, whose name derives from the natural freshwater springs and the particular white color of the sand. On the island of Ortigia, you will also find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach called Cala Rossa. Further south, some 30 km away, we find some beautiful unspoiled and inaccessible beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Fauna Oasis, and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, the Greek theatre of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi museum, and the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural beauty as well as its landscape, are worth a visit. Not to be overlooked is Noto, the seafront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the seaside village of Marzamemi.
