Case Amate is a brand new luxury apartment located on the island of Ortigia, 50 meters from the sea, specifically designed to accommodate large families or groups of friends. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are doubles with ensuite bathroom plus a twin room that can communicate with one of the doubles. The furniture is in a modern / Art Deco style, back in vogue from the 1920s, which expresses a certain idea of chic in the rooms. The living area corresponds to the two large terraces above, an area that includes a kitchen equipped with a table for 8 people in one of the terraces, plus another large terrace where you can relax during the day or in the evening, consisting of gazebos, sofas and chairs deckchairs, all surrounded by green and flowering plants.. City Tax: 4.0 % per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
