Toller Urlaub in Anlage mit stilvollem Ambiente

Wir haben 12 wunderschöne Urlaubstage verbracht. Das Feriendomizil ist gut gelegen, ein Mietwagen jedoch Voraussetzung. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, man fühlt sich willkommen und Roberto sorgt gut für seine Gäste. Toller Pool, Grillmöglichkeit sowie Fahrräder stehen zur freien Verfügung.

A wonderful holiday !

We spent 10 days in Villa Bismarkia - the property was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The swimming pool and surrounding gardens were beautifully kept and very safe and secure. The owner Roberto was very friendly and helpful in providing information about places to visit in the surrounding area. The villa is ideally situated to visit Siracusa, Noto and Mt Etna.The local beach is very close - a 5 minute cycle ride(lots of bikes available to borrow). Pizzas from Villa Fanusa are delicious and lots of fantastic restaurants in Ortigia. Many Thanks Roberto we had a wonderful holiday - Julie and Mike Ilogu

Super

Nous avons passé une semaine dans la Villa Bismarkia proposée par Roberto. Alors que dire...la maison est parfaitement propre, spacieuse et équipée. S il manque quelque chose, on peut toujours demander a notre hote, qui habite sur place. Elle est composée d une grande chambre et d une piece de vie avec un canapé lit, et bien sur une salle de bain. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine , à 28° en cette fin juin. Il y a des transats tout autour pour notre confort. La localisation est parfaite. Nous sommes a moins de 10 min de Syracuse, et des commerces. Mais juste a coté on a une petite epicerie en depannage. Roberto est tres discret, et toujours pret à répondre à toutes nos demandes ( même quand on lui a "mangé" son forfait internet). bref, nous recommandons cette location, dont le rapport qualité prix defie toute concurrence. La gentillesse et la disponibilité de Roberto n'ont pas de prix. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

lugar precioso y muy cerac de Syracusa

Una casa preciosa , con muchos detalles como se puede ver en la fotografia, muy cercana a Syracusa . La ciudad es preciosa y muy cercana al aeropuerto de Catania , unos 60 km por autopista . el propietario es muy gentil y la propiedad es ideal para ir con niños , con unos jardines preciosos . No olvidar que es un sitio estrategico desde el que moverse a Catania , una ciudad con un esplendor de otra epoca , Taormina y Noto .

Soggiorno a Villa Bismarkia

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di trascorrere 15 giorni di ferie da 13 al 27 agosto nella splendida struttura "Villa Bismarkia" immersa in un parco di palme e piante sub tropicali. La villa di costruzione recente, ben attrezzata e sopratutto pulitissima (cosa non facile da trovare di questi tempi) si trova adiacente alla casa del proprietario sig. Roberto, persona estremamente gentile e disponibile ma nello stesso tempo è completamente indipendente; si gode di una enorme tranquillità e si può usufruisce di una bella piscina. A nostro avviso la posizione è strategica in quanto si trova all'interno dell'oasi protetta del Plemmirio dove vi sono tantissime callette con spiaggie di sabbia o roccia a secondo dei gusti e nello stesso tempo a 10 minuti dalla bellissima città di Siracusa. La consigliamo in modo particolare alle famiglie.

Propriété magnifique, avec une piscine sublime . Roberto est un hôte attentif est très gentil. pratique la machine à laver et la fourniture des linges suffisantes pour une famille. Une petite épicerie est à 50 m et vous pouvez profitez des pizzas du restaurant de l’hôtel d'en face. La silice est une belle île qui reste encore sauvage.

Paradiesische Anlage

Im Frühjahr 2015 haben wir eine sehr schöne Woche in der Villa Bismarkia verbracht. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge nach Syrakus (das uns sehr gefallen hat) und in den Südosten von Sizilien, aber auch Taormina und der Ätna sind über die Autobahn gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber und liegt in einer wunderbaren Gartenanlage mit Pool. Auch die Heizung funktioniert gut (war abends trotz guten Wetters nötig). Einziges Minus: Der Vermieter könnte ein paar Euro in die Ausstattung der Küche investieren (Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfe), Herd und Kühlschrank sind aber prima. Großes Plus: Ein sehr netter Vermieter, den man jederzeit ansprechen kann und der einem stets behilflich ist.

Bellissimo Villa

Wir haben zwei tolle und erholsame Wochen in der Villa Bismarkia verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und liegt in einem idyllischen, paradiesisch anmutenden Garten. Es ist sehr ruhig. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr familiär, da es auf dem Grundstück nur noch eine weitere Ferienwohnung und das Haus des Vermieters gibt. Für Ausflüge nach Nord und Süd liegt die Villa ideal. Wir waren mit unseren 3 jugendlichen Kindern dort und hatten alle ausreichend Platz. Unseren Kindern gefiel besonders gut der schöne Pool mit Sprungbrett. Roberto ist sehr hilfsbereit und erfüllt alle Wünsche. Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Wir bedanken uns für diese schöne Zeit.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten 3 wunderschöne Wochen in der herrlichen Anlage von Roberto. Das Haus eignet sich wunderbar zur Erkundung des Südostens Sizilien. Aber auch Catania ist nicht weit (wir waren dort per Bahn und sparten uns so den Autostress der Grossstadt) und der Ätna ist ebenfalls gut zu erreichen (Manchmal sieht man ihn sogar von der Gartentür aus. Leckere Sachen in der Marktstrasse von Siracusa (Fisch!) und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in den Supermärkten, die mit dem Auto schnell erreicht sind. Kleiner Abstrich: Für die Zubereitung der leckeren Sachen erforderte die Ausstattung der Küche allerdings einiges an Improvisationstalent! Vielen Dank an Roberto - wir können das Haus bestens weiter empfehlen!

Wunderschöner Palmengarten mit Pool

Wir verbrachten phantastische Ferien in der Villa Bismarkia. Der Garten von Roberto ist traumhaft schön und sehr gepflegt, die vielen Palmen, der Pool ein kleines Paradies zum Ausruhen, entspannen und geniessen. Unsere Kinder (5 und 8) waren ebenfalls begeistert;) Das Haus ist modern, die Räume gross und sauber, mit allem Notwendigen eingerichtet, das Grundstück gesichert. Verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten knapp 10 Autominuten entfernt. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge: nach Siracusa (extrem schöne Stadt), Noto, Ragusa, das Naturschutzgebiet Vendicari, Cava Grande, ... wir empfehlen unbedingt ein Mietauto. Roberto ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und sorgt sich perfekt um seine Gäste - vielen herzlichen Dank für die tollen 2 Wochen!

tropische Oase

Sehr schöne Anlage mit vielen tropischen Pflanzen und sehr großem Pool. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und die schattige Terasse perfekt für heiße Sommertage. Der Vermieter ist sehr engagiert und zeigt einem die wichtigsten Dinge, die man bei Ankunft wissen muss. Mietauto ist von Vorteil, da die Umgebung doch sehr trostlos ist. Auch Syrakus wahr leider entegen der Beschreibung im Reiseführer enttäuschend. Die Unterkunft ist dagegen einfach nur zum entspannen und wohlfühlen.

Our stay in Roberto's villa

My husband and I together with our twin sons stayed at this villa for a week. The accommodation is very well furnished. Fabulous swimming pool. The property owner, Roberto, is a charming gentleman who was more than happy to help out with any queries, etc. The property location is a great base for exploring the island, an hour's journey to Etna and Taormina, 45 minutes to Noto and Ragusa, and Sryacusa only a 10 minute journey. un séjour magnifique

la maison est impéccable la piscine aussi et le jardin est magnifique. Roberto, le propriétaire, est a l'écoute du moindre problème ou d'une demande de renseignement. A voir absolument Ortigia et Noto. Une très bonne adresse pour aller manger la Panetteria Pizzeria " Quadrato" chez Maria, ne pas hésiter a demander a Maria de vous préparer des pâtes aux vongoles ou tout autres spécialitées.

A Gem in Sicily

We had an absolutely fabulous holiday in this hyper modern house. Everything was great - and if something was missing, the charming owner, Roberto, who lives next door, provided whatever was needed. The pool is even better than the photos (an article was printed in the local paper about the pool when we were there - that's how good it is). Shopping is easy either close by or about 7 kilometers away where there are large supermarkets. Ideal for families. A car is certainly recommended. We will surely return to enjoy Roberto's kind hospitality. Lars and Vivian

Kleines Paradies in der Nähe von Siracusa

Familie aus Norddeutschland: Das Haus ist sehr sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet und stimmt sehr gut mit den Angaben im Inserat überein. Super war, dass es vier Fahrräder gab, mit dem man die nähere Umgebung erkunden kann. Zum Strand ist es nicht weit. In der nächsten Bucht gibt es einen tollen Sandstrand. Die Straßenführung ist wirklich etwas verwirrend. Wir haben besonders den Pool geschätzt und dass das Grundstück sehr gut gesichert war. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Empfohlen für Kleinfamilen, Verliebte und alle Paare die Lust auf Sizilien haben!

Ostküste gut zu erkunden

von Dirk aus Norddeutschland (Oktober 2011): das Haus ist sehr sauber, sehr gepflegt und modern. Es ist gut ausgestattet (Mikrowelle, Grill etc.). Es ist sehr ruhig und sicher, Parkplatz direkt am Haus.Auch im Herbst nutzbar. Wenn man keinen Navi hat, besser auf das Anruf-Angebot des Vermieters eingehen oder gute Google-Karten vorher ausdrucken, Da in der Gegend die Strassenführung unübersichtlich ist. Das Ferienhaus liegt wenige Meter schräg gegenüber dem Hotel. Auto ist wohl erforderlich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.B. Lidl) vom Vermieter zeigen lassen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und bemüht. Leider haben wir den Vulkanausbruch 3 tage später nach unserer Abreise nicht mehr erlebt.

Luxury environment close to Siracusa

We had a great stay at Roberto's accommodation. An impressive double-gated entrance led to his house. The house is a separate building is to the side of the main building. The garden with exotic fruit trees and vegetation are wonderful. The house is new and has a clean and well-equipped bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen could have a bit more equipment, but I am convinced Roberto would have provided it right away if we had asked for it. The double bed couch in the second room annex kitchen is a bit of a hassle but perfect for children. There are nicer beaches (500 m) in other parts of Sicily, but the private pool compensated that more than fully. Siracusa/Ortigia is only 5 kilometers away. It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay in a luxury environment with a very considerate and courteous host. We, a family of four, loved it.
