Floor Plan:

Large, luxury single-family home (directly adjacent to the neighbouring building, therefore not detached), centrally located in Tinnum and right next to the Tinnum meadows. Approx. 180 square metres of living space on the ground floor, ground floor, basement, and attic are ready to welcome up to 8 guests with an appreciation for the extraordinary.

Ground Floor:
Spacious living room with a flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi and a comprehensive range of amenities are a given. A wood-burning stove in the couch area lets you wind down your day on holiday in total relaxation with a glass of red wine. An impressive open kitchen with a central kitchen island. Here, even the most ambitious home cook can let their creativity run wild and whip up exquisite meals to their heart’s content. An espresso machine, wine cabinet, induction stove, and dishwasher round out the exceptionally well-equipped kitchen. The large dining table with the legendary VITRA Pantone chairs offers plenty of space even for a very large group.

Your patio area is simply a dream—it was designed with such care and artistry. Here you can enjoy the Sylt sun to your heart’s content—and thanks to the south-facing orientation, you’re welcome to do so for as long as you like. High-quality patio furniture is available from approximately April through October, and of course, a traditional Sylt beach chair is a must-have here.

Basement:
In the basement, you’ll find a beautifully appointed room with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) as well as a luxurious wellness area featuring a spacious sauna, TV, and shower. A washing machine and dryer are also available here free of charge.

Upper Floor:
The upper floor of the Long Beach House features two bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm). Bedroom with bunk beds (80 x 190 cm [&] 90 x 190 cm)

Top Floor:
You’ll be especially delighted by the top floor of your holiday home. Here you’ll find an exceptionally beautiful bathroom with a freestanding tub, offering a unique view over meadows and fields all the way to the Rantum Basin and the dike.
