The exclusive 2-room holiday apartment “Tom,” measuring approximately 41 m² on one level (2nd floor, lift available), accommodates up to 2 people and is centrally located just 150 metres from the beach. The apartment is situated in the newly redesigned building of the historic “Seeburg” Hotel on Westerland’s spa promenade, which was renovated in collaboration with the Mensing Art Gallery. Each apartment in this project is dedicated to an artist and features a unique retro design, complemented by high-quality furniture from France, Belgium, and England. Pets are not allowed; this is a non-smoking apartment.

**LIVING AND ENJOYING**
In the stylishly furnished living area, you’ll find a comfortable sofa, an armchair, and a TV. The room opens onto a west-facing balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun.

**COOKING IN COMFORT**
The open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living area and equipped with modern amenities, making it ideal for preparing your favourite meals. A dining table with four chairs invites you to enjoy meals together and spend relaxing evenings.

**PEACEFUL NIGHTS IN THE COZY BEDROOM**
The bedroom is tastefully furnished and features a cosy double bed (2x 90x200 cm), a spacious built-in closet, and an additional TV, so you can fully relax and unwind.

**RELAXATION AND WELLNESS**
The modern bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet, hair dryer, and towel warmer.
In the building, you can also use the shared wellness area with a sauna, as well as the washing machine and dryer for a fee.

**PRACTICAL EXTRAS**
Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available in the apartment, so you can stay connected during your stay.

If you’re arriving by car, a public car park is available at Dr.-Nicolas-Str. 3, about 300 metres from the apartment. A day pass costs 20 euros and can be conveniently paid for at the on-site terminal using a debit card, credit card, or the EasyPark app.
