This dog-free holiday home combines modern, tasteful design with high-quality amenities. Throughout the house, oak floorboards and underfloor heating create a cosy atmosphere. The ground floor invites you to spend time together with its open-concept living and dining area, large dining table, and cosy corner bench. The spacious kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, including an induction cooktop, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso machine. Through the charming “Klönschnacktür” (chit-chat door), you step directly into the garden—perfect for sharing meals outdoors or enjoying relaxing moments in the fresh air. An additional dining table offers more space for social gatherings.

Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms: Each features a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm), a TV, and a large built-in closet. There’s also a modern bathroom with a natural stone finish and a spacious rain shower. The attic offers additional space for relaxing or playing—ideal for children or as a retreat for moments of peace and quiet.
