The exclusive Frisian house “Käpt’n Hahn” offers you a charming 3-room holiday apartment of approximately 60 m² on one level, ideal for up to 3 people. With an excellent location in Westerland, both the town centre and the beach are within easy walking distance. Nestled in green surroundings, the sunny, furnished terrace with a beach chair (April through October) invites you to relax and enjoy yourself. Dogs are also welcome at this property.

**LIVING AND OUTDOOR AREA**
The spacious living and dining area exudes cosiness and comfort and is furnished with a comfortable sofa, TV, and an inviting dining area for 3 people. With direct access to the terrace, you can enjoy your morning coffee outdoors or feel the Sylt breeze in the evening.

**OPEN KITCHEN**
The kitchen features an open layout and offers the utmost convenience for your culinary needs with a ceramic cooktop, a filter coffee maker, and a Nespresso machine. Here you’ll find everything you need to prepare meals while enjoying the convivial atmosphere.

The master bedroom is furnished with a cosy double bed (2x 80x200 cm) and custom-built cabinetry. The second bedroom features a single bed (90x190 cm) and also has custom-built cabinetry that provides additional storage space. The modern bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, toilet, sink, towel dryer, and hair dryer, offering the highest level of comfort.

A parking space for one car and bicycle storage are available right next to the house. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is also provided so you can stay connected even while on holiday.

The central location near the lively Friedrichstraße allows you to quickly reach the diverse selection of shops and restaurants. The beach is only about 550 metres away, so you can enjoy relaxing days at the beach whenever you like. Its proximity to the promenade also allows you to take part in the numerous events and activities that Westerland offers throughout the year.
