Dieses Domizil ist ruhig gelegen. Die Ausstattung gemütlich und voll ausreichend für einen Urlaub. Bushaltestellen und Edeka Laden sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso der Weg zum Strand. Lokale, Bars und Cafés können nach ca. 10 Minuten Fußmarsch erreicht werden

Die Lage ist gut, strandnah und fußläufig zu Stadtmitte. Die Einrichtung und Austattujg sind in die Jahre gekommen. Für 4 Personen ist es sehr klein, es fehlt entsprechend an Schrankfläche. Generell ist die alte Stadtgärtnerei zu empfehlen, jedoch nicht diese Wohnung.
