The beautiful 2-room maisonette apartment is located in the newly completed house Mateika in the heart of Westerland. You will reach the east-facing apartment on the 2nd First floor comfortably with the elevator. It is located at the end of the hallway, so that no noise is expected from the neighbors.

Through the hallway, with access to the first bathroom, you reach the spacious open, bright living room with fitted kitchen, TV and comfortable seating area.

From here you also get to the balcony, which - oriented to the east - offers you the morning sun in Sylt. The internal staircase leads to the bedroom, with access to a full and spacious bathroom. The large Loewe TV with the Telekom Entertain TV package is in the bedroom.

Based on our experience, we have furnished the apartment with high quality and loving care.

If you arrive by car, there are free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity.

So that you can find your way after your arrival, our info folder is ready for you in the apartment, which provides you with lots of useful information about the apartment but also about the island of Sylt and the surrounding area.
